What's Included in the Gold Guided Package

o Accommodation in the beautiful Finca Casa Sanz on a two-shared basis

o Guided rides with local guide - usually one rest/easy day but you can ride every day if choose to

o Support vehicle on call

o Mechanical assistance

o Comprehensive route guides

o GPX route map files

o Secure bike storage

o Use of tools, pumps etc

o Welcome luncho Proper cyclists' breakfast with cereals, breads, pastries, fresh fruit, organic porridge and eggs your way

o Post-ride tostadas to re-fuel (daily)

o Three course evening meals (except Tuesday and Saturday evenings)

o Kit wash

o Tea, coffee and water available at all times

o Fruit bowl

o Restaurant reservations for meals not included at the retreat.

New Group Pricing

We're trying to make it easier for small and large groups to organise a cycling holiday together, whilst offering the best prices we can.

We request a €250 deposit per person and the final invoice price for your group is based on the number of confirmed guests. 

So the more people you invite, the lower the price for everyone.

Airport Transfers

For groups arriving on the same flight we will organise the most cost effective transfers once we know the final number of people and bikes requiring transportation. We will advise you of this before your final payment is due, but it will not cost more than €60 per person and €40 per bike for RETURN transfers.

We are located equidistant from both Valencia and Alicante airports and can arrange transfers from either, including collection from one and drop off at the other.

- Individual airport transfers from either Alicante or Valencia airport are available for €120 each way (up to 4 people, or 2 people with 2 bike boxes)

Optional Bike Hire

If selecting the Gold Package which does not include bike hire but would like the option to hire a bike, please see the ticket section for available bikes and prices.

Bike / Hire bike insurance 

For both bike hire insurance and annual bike insurance policies we can recommend Yellow Jersey who offer comprehensive insurance www.yellowjersey.co.uk

Booking confirmation, deposit and payments 

We request a €250 deposit per person, with the balance payment due 60 days before your arrival date.  

Changes to your booking 

If your plans change after you have booked, please speak to us as soon as possible about any changes to your booking or cancellation. We will always try and do the best we can in offering alternative dates or accommodating changes, and we are flexible with regards to amending or cancelling additional services such as guiding and bike hire.
